The Asiri Care Certification Exam shows families that you know how to keep their children safe and help them grow. Here is how to get ready.
How the exam works
- 60 multiple-choice questions in 6 parts, one answer per question
- You pass with 80% (48 of 60 correct)
- Up to 5 attempts, with 48 hours between attempts
- You see your score at the end; we don't show which questions you missed
- Pass, and you receive a certificate by email with a QR code families can scan
What it covers
- Child safety: first checks in a new home, water safety, safe sleep, car seats, strangers, photos and privacy
- Development and behavior: milestones, tantrums, positive discipline, routines
- Nutrition and hygiene: age-appropriate food, choking hazards, allergies, handwashing, diapering
- Emergencies and first aid: when to call 911, choking, burns, falls, fevers, poisoning
- Professionalism and communication: punctuality, confidentiality, phone use, reporting to parents
- Real-life situations: what you would do in common, tricky moments
A simple study plan
- Day 1: Review your CPR and First Aid material, especially infant choking and when to call 911.
- Day 2: Read about safe sleep (always on the back, firm mattress, nothing in the crib) and water safety (never leave a child alone in the bath, not even for a moment).
- Day 3: Think through real situations: a child with a fever, a stranger at the door, a parent who is late, a child who hits. Ask yourself: what keeps the child safe first?
- Day 4: Rest, then take the exam in one quiet sitting.
On exam day
Read every option before you answer: often two answers look good, but only one puts the child's safety first. If you don't pass, use the 48 hours to review the parts that felt hardest, and try again.
